The sole mission and objective of the PASSAGE Ministerial & Leadership Development Instititute is to train and develop individuals to meet their spiritual call to Kingdom service.

The Institute offers a two-year academic program for certification and licensing; and an additional one-year practical component or formal internship program for rite of ordination.

Senior Pastor and Chief Ecclesiastical Leader, George B. Dix Jr. was the Master of Ceremonies and he gave an impassioned keynote address entitled "Prepared for Service: 'Taking Territory'" where the scriptural reference came from the gospel according to Matthew 11:12:

"And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force." - Matthew 11:12

Attendees were also treated to a speech on Leadership Training by Pastor John Rollins and several song selections by the NEXT DIMENSION choir (featuring a solo of "You Are God" by Psalmist Nichole Andrews).
