Prosperity is having more than enough provision to fulfill what God has placed in your hand. Prosperity is not just monetary but it speaks to all areas of our life.

10 truths that God wants us to prosper: Spiritually and Holistically

1. Psalm 35:27 - It is the Lord’s pleasure that His servants are prosperous (Luke 12:32)  God wants us to prosper!
2. God promises to prosper you when you give (Luke 6:38)
3. The Church prospers and you prosper when you give
4. God prospers those who advance His Kingdom (Malachi 3:10)
5. He gives you the good things the wicked man wants (Matthew 6:33)
6. The Lord gives you everything needed to prosper (Philippians 4:19; 1 Timothy 6:17)
7. God is the source and power to cause you to prosper (Deuteronomy 8:18)
8. God gives you ways to prosper- (Proverbs 8:12)
9. God teaches you how to make a profit; when you make a profit, you have more to give! (Proverbs 3:3-5) God will help us to achieve!
10. Giving is the 1st key step to Godly prosperity- (2 Corinthians 9:6-10)

God wants to talk to us but He talks thru the spirit man, but it has to get through the soul!

There are 3 enemies:

• Flesh;
• The World(all things operate outside the Will and Word of God);
• Satan, Himself!

Remember the W.E.I.:  The Will - the thinking part of man; Emotions - the feeling part of man; Intellect - the mind of man.

10 Lies the devil tells us about money

1. Money is not important- (Romans 10:14,15)
2. Money is evil - that is not scriptural - the LOVE of money... (1 Timothy 6:10)
3. Money can’t hurt you- YES it can!- (Matthew 13:22; Proverbs 27:24; Proverbs 23:5)
4. Money guarantees happiness- we want JOY because JOY transcends happiness! (Ecclesiastes 5:10; Ecclesiastes 4:8)
5. God destines Christians to poverty-(Proverbs 11:24-25; Deuteronomy 28:1-14)
6. God is pleased with your poverty- (1 Timothy 5:8)
7. YOU can’t change your financial future- Joshua 1:8; Proverbs 6:6; Galatians 6:7)
8. God doesn’t care about your consistency in giving- Never come before God empty handed. Give at every opportunity you can and give what you can.  When you do not it says that God has not blessed you enough to give.  For those who are going thru financially-God is going to bring you OUT!!!  Another point:  rather than spend your last dollar for example, if you have two, save one so you may be able to bless someone else!  God wants us to be a continuous funnel!  What God is able do thru you, He is able to bring to you!
9. Money is not to be taught in church (2 Corinthians 8 and 2 Corinthians 9) - When we corporately work and give together to advance the Kingdom God is honored!
10. Don’t expect something back from your giving - It is okay , because God wants us to be blessed but do not use that as your sole purpose for giving!  Saying I am only going to give if God gives it back! - The roadway to your prosperity is based on your purpose in life!

Kingdom Principle #6

A prosperous soul is the fertile ground of a prosperous life, therefore we need to cultivate it - 3 John 2 - Our mentality must be reconditioned.  Don’t even contemplate things that are a lie! God wants a faithful warrior, a faithful servant!  Be consistent!

Two things we MUST remember to ask God when we are "going through"!

1. What is it you want me to get out of this?
2. How can I give you glory in the midst of it?

We have to talk to ourselves!!  We have to MEDITATE (Purposeful and Continuous thinking upon) on the Word of God!

A prosperous soul is:

1. A mind that thinks like God- Having the mind of Christ- (Philippians 2:5)
2. Has a will that conforms to God’s will.  When you find yourself out of alignment with God and His Word- get back in line QUICK!
3. Having emotions which are governed by the Word of God - Romans 12:1-2
