Our vision is to be Senior Partner Care Leaders and Partner Care Leaders that are equipped, trained and empowered to reach individuals, families and communities that are lost, hurt and broken.

Our mission is to connect people to the glorious and wonderful manifestation of Christ at PASSAGE Family Church, to provide stewardship to those whom the Holy Spirit leads to the church and convey the Spirt of Christ's grace and peace to every visitor and Partner.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to follow the vision that Christ has given our shepherd, to be leaders with integrity and leaders that are in right relationship with God and to those whom God entrusts in our care.

Our vision is to win families and communities to Christ, and to inspire and train believers to become active disciples as we build a diverse, Word-based ministry that meets the spirtual and temporal needs of thousands of children and adults.

We will accomplish this vision by following our shepherd as he follows Christ, and by faithfully putting into practice our individual talents and gifts and liberally giving of our time and resources to Kingdom Work.

How To Get Connected

• Complete a Visitor's Information Card, place it in the offering basket and meet with the Partner Care & Connection Team in the Upper room after Sunday midday service.

• You are require to attend New Partner's orientation scheduled every 4th Sunda of each month at 5:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall.

• We will listen to your needs and share with you what Partner Care & Connection can do to assist you in becoming an active, productive and successful individual in the Kingdom of God.
