If you and/or your family have been severely impacted by COVID-19 and you need help, please complete the online application below or send an email or letter to:

PASSAGE Family Church at HELP@PassageMinistries.org, or to PASSAGE P.O. Box 5698, Gainesville, FL 32627. Provide a written explanation of your situation and need. Include your full name and physical address and/or telephone number. All emails or letters must be received by PASSAGE no later than January 15, 2021.

We anticipate thousands of email requests so please understand that we will not be able to help everyone. And please do not send multiple emails or attempt to contact or visit PASSAGE to obtain the status of your request as this will only slow the process. Once a decision is made, PASSAGE plans to reply to each request whether an award is given or not.
